Refund policy

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refund requests must be made within 21 days of delivery.

  • To request a refund, email us at jackson@skintech.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • If you’re unsatisfied with the product or results within three weeks, provide details of your experience, and we’ll assist or issue a refund.

  • If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, include photos as proof, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exclusions

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
