Refunds & Replacements

Refund requests must be made within 21 days of delivery.

To request a refund, email us at jackson@skintech.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.

If you’re unsatisfied with the product or results within three weeks, provide details of your experience, and we’ll assist or issue a refund.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, include photos as proof, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Exclusions
